A bottle of beer or a glass of wine might relax you and help you sleepy. Only one drink doesn't have much effect to your body and mind. Insomnia Treatment (3) : GIVING UP COFFEE AND ENERGY DRINK

I'm a kind of person who have to drink a large cup of coffee in every morning and a big can of energy drink in every evening. So, stop this behaviour is not easy for me as I feel like I have become addicted to them.

I clearly know that consuming too much caffeine (more than 2 cups per day) can cause my future health problems as well as affect my good night sleep (It just affected my night again last night as I woke up a few times during the night, thanks to "Starbucks' Venti Mocha").

Smoking cigaratte is similar to drinking coffee or energy drinks. While coffee and energy drinks contain high content of caffeine, cigarate contains high amount of nicotine, which usually stimulates and arouses your nervous system. Therefore, there's no doubt that many peolple who have trouble falling asleep (insomnia) are smokers.

According to my quick research on the internet, nicotine inside your cigarates can affect your good night sleep in various ways. Firstly, Nicotine can lead you to high blood pressure and increase in heart rate which can affect your sleep. Moreover, Nicotine is an addictive drug which can cause you to unexpectedly wake up in the middle of night.
